Meet Dr. Liliana Manrique
Liliana Manrique is a board-certified physician and the founder of NewEra Medical Aesthetics and Laser Center in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Dr.Manrique is licensed in Medicine and Surgery in US in the states of Maryland and Virginia and Licensed in Cosmetic Surgery in Colombia, South America and Spain.
Dr. Manrique specializes in minimally invasive aesthetic medicine and surgery. Best known for her European conservative and natural approach to facial rejuvenation. Dr. Manrique has over 25 years of experience practicing these techniques in Europe, Colombia, and the United States.
She is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and Board certified by ABIM and the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Manrique is an active member of the French Association of Aesthetic Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine, The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, The International Society for Study of Women Health and The American Medical Association.
Dr. Liliana Manrique is awarded as one of the 100 Best Cosmetic Surgeons of the world, in recognition to her significant Scientific contribution in the development of cosmetic surgery with her work in the early development of Radio-frequency in facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Manrique trained in France, in Modern Aesthetics with Dr. Pierre Fournier, Co-inventor of liposuction and lipo-filling techniques and President of the French National Society of Aesthetic Medicine, and with Dr. Jean Luc Morel, President of the AFME, in minimally invasive rejuvenation techniques and laser.
She did her residency training in the United States at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital affiliated with Sunny Down State University in New York, where she was giving a position as a Chief Resident in the department of Internal Medicine where she served for 3 years.
Dr. Manrique maintains a close relation with these associations assisting annually to their meetings. This allows Dr. Manrique to be at the forefront of the most innovative treatments in non-surgical rejuvenating techniques.

Dr. Manrique has been at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, sought out by patients all over the Washington, DC metropolitan area for non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Men and women alike have flocked to her for her technique of treating patients to achieve a natural result. Many have become life-long patients because while she is extremely talented, she is also gentle, caring and genuinely interested in helping each and every patient achieve their aesthetic best.
From an early age, Dr. Manrique knew she wanted to be a doctor and she worked constantly to achieve her dream. Starting medical school at the University of Valle when she was only sixteen years of age, she graduated with honors in medicine and surgery. Directly after graduation, she opened her first women’s health and oncology practice in Valle. During this period, she also lent her time caring for underprivileged communities and people in Valle.
Dr. Liliana Manrique fell in love with art watching her mother paint in watercolor and acrylics. Her affinity for painting soon developed into an adoration of creating, sculpting, and shaping figures into carefully constructed works of art. Dr. Manrique’s understanding of artistic quality and her ability to sculpt the face and body with artistic influences are what make her treatments so unique and the results so natural!
Sabrina Narciso - Laser technician
Sabrina is a licensed laser technician and cosmetologist. Along with certifications in micro therapies and bloodborne diseases, she comes to our practice with 9 years of experience in advanced medical aesthetic treatments. Sabrina has recently became a national Clinical Trainer for the laser company Lutronic! She has worked along side top facial plastic surgeons, specializing in the face and neck where she also spent time being a surgical technician and medical assistant. She has joined NewEra Medical to bring a new non-surgical approach to skin tightening, and anti aging. Sabrina works extensively to stay up to date with the latest technologies and treatments to provide maximum results using top of the line lasers, RF Microneedling, and medical grade skin care. She has completed master-level training in skin care products. She specializes in energy based treatments.
Maria Manrique – Administrator
Maria joined our team in June, 2023 as administrator. Maria has a varied background in project management with administration along the way as well. She finds the Aesthetics industry quite interesting and is looking forward to helping Dr. Manrique bring out the best in her practice. She sees it as similar to some of her project management work in that NewEra Medical is like a complex project! She is also the friendly Spanish voice that will most likely greet you when you call the offices and ask for a Spanish speaking interpreter.
